Leadership Development and People Management Training

As people progress through organisations they take on roles with more responsibility. We believe that it is vitally important that people are trained to undertake their role, so that they can be successful and add more value to your business. They will learn more about their leadership styles, how to work more effectively and manage their team and fully implement the HR policies and procedures to protect your company, and develop their staff to improve performance.

Learning & Development

What happens if we train our people and they leave? What happens if we don’t train them and they stay?

To do a job properly people need to learn how to dotheir job properly so they can do it to the best of their ability. Different jobs need different training; Recruitment and Selection; Managing Discipline; Appraisals; Sales; Finance; Health & Safety, First Aid, Communication, and even time management, for example.

People Matters HR and our partners have the experience of writing and delivering highly successful training interactive which meets your needs. We can help you put together a training plan which addresses skills gaps or just come in to deliver training to meet a team or a team members needs. All our learning experience are designed to improves individual and company performance, customer experience and staff retention.

To complement this we also undertake coaching, mentoring and one to one training.

Health & Safety

Ultimately the aim is to fully embed Health and Safety into the culture of your business. So that everyone is protected and contributes. We can even help to improve your Management systems to comply with ISO standards.

Occupational Health

From time to time employers need to take advice from health care professionals. This can include new joiner medicals, absence management advice or workplace assessments, particularly in the construction industry. People Matters HR now provide this service from our team of highly qualified and experienced Occupational Health Professionals.
