As Managing Director of an international organisation based in Leicestershire, we recognised that to help the organisation grow further, we needed to develop our managers leadership skills.
We engaged Niel Cope from People Matters HR, who put together a bespoke leadership development program. All our managers from across the UK, including myself and other directors attended. Niel delivered a number of workshops designed to meet our needs, to develop and stretch our managers to become leaders of people.
We commissioned People Matters again, to develop to develop our skills in recruiting and retention of employees and to design a competency based performance management system to further engage and develop our people and coached our leadership team to engage with this effectively.
